LEASING ASSOCIATE - MULTI-FAMILY PROPERTIES

Full time position. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, personable, customer-service oriented, detailed, organized and able to work in a fast paced environment with a professional appearance. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree and either leasing experience or a strong sales background. Job duties include, but are not limited to: drafting, implementing and executing successful marketing plans in addition to maintaining a high closing ratio. Leasing Associates are expected to achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy at their property. Occasional weekend work is required. We offer competitive salary and benefits! SERVICE TECHNICIAN - MULTI-FAMILY PROPERTIES

Full time position. Qualified candidates must have a valid driver s license and receive positive results from all pre-employment background screenings. Must possess adequate proficiency and communication skills to deliver excellent customer service and to perform general punch requirements, snow removal, equipment upkeep, grounds upkeep, and basic service requests such as: cutting keys, replacing light bulbs/light kits, unclogging toilets, garbage disposal installation/repair, basic water heater repair, basic cleaning and resident services that mirror punch responsibilities. More advanced skills to efficiently and effectively troubleshoot and repair pools, plumbing, appliance, electrical, and carpentry needs of the property. Qualified candidates should be able to work with moderate to minimal direct supervision. Compensation based on experience. Position available immediately. On call duty and occasional Saturday work schedules are to be expected.

SERVICE MANAGER - MULTI-FAMILY PROPERTIES

Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years multi-family property maintenance experience, HVAC certification, strong leadership skills, effective financial skills, demonstrated organizational and computer skills, and adequate communication skills to deliver excellent customer service. General duties include all management functions of maintaining a multi-family property. Duties also include managing or performing: general punch requirements, snow removal, equipment upkeep, grounds upkeep, and basic service requests such as: cutting keys, replacing light bulbs/light kits, unclogging toilets, garbage disposal installation/repair, basic water heater repair, basic cleaning and resident services that mirror punch responsibilities. More advanced skills to efficiently and effectively troubleshoot and repair pools, plumbing, appliance, electrical, and carpentry needs of the property. Qualified candidates should be self-motivated with a basic understanding of R & M budget and be able to effectively manage the inventory and expense control. Compensation based on experience. SOFTWARE SUPPORT SPECIALIST – INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES

As a Software Support Specialist on our team you will work directly with our end-users and software providers to maintain continuous functionality of our general accounting and property management processes. If you love working on a small team, are a great problem solver, and enjoy seeing support issues through to the end, then read on!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support our end users and act as liaison with our software providers when troubleshooting issues
• Work in a help-desk ticketing system to ensure all requests are handled in a timely and professional manner
• Perform system administrator functions for our software systems
• Collaborate with other IT staff members to ensure end-users are supported and satisfied
• Create a positive end-user experience
• Test and duplicate unknown software problems reported from our end-users and troubleshoot the issue(s) as required
• Other duties as your level of expertise increases

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• A relevant degree or applicable experience
• Experience working with:
o Knowledge of IT processes in a service desk environment
o Writing basic queries within a managed database (e.g. SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)
o Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Additional skills a plus:
o SSRS report writing using Visual Studio
o Basic accounting knowledge
