As an Assistant Property Manager, you will utilize your proven skills and knowledge to readily adapt to the challenges that accompany supporting your property. Additionally, you will act as a right hand to your Property Manager, playing a key role in paperwork and financial matters, e.g., timely rent posting, application approvals, move out statements, managing delinquencies, and posting of notices, move-ins and move-outs. Assistant Property Managers bring positive energy to each conversation, resolve any apartment issues quickly and effectively, and make everyone feel welcome and appreciated. Additionally, you have:
• Demonstrated proficiency in working with computers including word processing, calendar management, software/database, and social media
• Experience utilizing CRM software (YARDI preferred)
• Prior sales experience in leasing, retail, banking, or other related field(s)

The Housekeeper acts under the direction of the Community and Service Manager and is responsible for the cleanliness of the community grounds. Responsibilities will include the daily upkeep of the office, amenity areas and touch-up cleaning vacant units. Responsibilities include:
• Cleaning interior and exterior windows & doors, blinds, sinks, floors, cabinets, baseboards, appliances
• Floor cleaning / deodorizing
• Removing trash from common areas
• Cleaning balconies and storage areas

Under general supervision, the Commercial Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the project management administration for a variety of commercial construction projects, working with the NTS Construction, Development, Commercial and Leasing teams. Projects will vary in size and scope depending on the selected candidate’s ability. Most projects will be related to tenant finish work and new commercial construction. The Project Manager will work with sub-contractors, tenants and property owners to bring each project to a successful completion.
Essential Duties and Tasks:
• Scope generation
• Schedule coordination & management
• Solicitation and evaluation of bids
• Contract drafting, negotiating, and management with sub-contractors
• Convey and manage expectations with owners, clients, and sub-contractors
• Review pay applications and track expenses against budgets
• Read and understand construction plans and specifications
• Ensure high level of quality is achieved on all projects
Basic Required Skills (proficiency required, excellent preferred):
• College degree
• 3-5 years commercial construction project management experience
