We are pleased to announce the opening of the latest, brand new office experience at ShelbyHurst Office Campus - 435 Building. The 435 Building continues the Class AA+ modern design features established at ShelbyHurst and is Louisville’s newest office project. Located at the paramount East Louisville location of Shelbyville Road and Hurstbourne Parkway, the 435 Building incorporates full-height (~9’6”) and 7’ glass bands of ribbon windows with accent curtain wall sections. ShelbyHurst is widely recognized as a collection of the most prominent and architecturally distinct buildings in Louisville.
