Management
We take pride in our reputation for providing responsive services while remaining sensitive to client needs. NTS-managed buildings are maintained to the highest standards by an experienced and responsible management staff. Janitorial services, landscaping services, elevator maintenance, security services, and preventative maintenance are handled with a level of expertise that is unmatched in the marketplace.

Maintenance
We maintain a staff of experienced maintenance professionals with expertise in a wide range of specialties including: HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general services. Our maintenance director holds advanced certification in HVAC maintenance and repair.

Service Requests
All service requests are responded to within 24 hours and most within the same day. Service request phone calls are answered by a dedicated task maintenance operator. A work order is generated by the maintenance operator and is given to the maintenance director who then distributes the work order to the service technician.
