ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER – Commercial Property Management – Medical Portfolio

NTS is seeking an individual who will enthusiastically become part of our growing company and who will represent NTS well by their professionalism, work ethic and integrity within the industry. The NTS Commercial Assistant Property Manager is expected to be an active participant in all aspects of the business as it relates to the portfolio, with specific management support responsibilities for well located, multi-building properties.

The successful applicant will work under general supervision, performing daily work assignments provided by the Property Manager in relation to the operation of the property. Will also work closely with the Property Manager to help identify and implement creative problem-solving ideas.

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial property management or customer service industry.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have demonstrated organizational and computer skills
• Be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to work with a team and to work independently
