Responsible for generating commercial/retail leasing leads, meeting with prospective tenants, showing available space, processing lease paperwork, and negotiating and closing leases for the NTS portfolio of properties. Occasional travel is required. Bachelor’s degree and either (i) a law degree or (ii) a Masters in Business Administration required. No previous real estate experience required; however a Kentucky real estate license will need to be procured after employment. Lifeguard

Lifeguard for community pool. Seasonal position starting Memorial Day weekend and ending on Labor Day. Shifts are 10:00 am – 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Pool is open 7 days a week. Must have Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR certifications that can be obtained from the American Red Cross, YMCA, Ellis & Associates, or the Heart Association along with a permit from the Division of Environmental Health and Protection agency which is part of the Louisville Metro Health Department.
