LEASING ASSOCIATE

Leasing Associate should possess a polished and professional appearance along with strong sales and interpersonal skills. Leasing Associates will be expected to draft, implement and execute successful marketing plans in addition to maintaining a high closing ratio. Leasing Associates are expected to achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy at their home base property. Some weekends required.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN, COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES

Qualified candidates must have a valid driver’s license, along with their own vehicle, and receive positive results from all pre-employment background screenings. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems is required. Must be team oriented with good customer service communication skills. The position includes an on-call rotation for non-regular business hours. Salary commensurate with experience, with salary requirements listed when applying.
